PermaPlate Furniture signs partnership with Stanley

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — PermaPlate Furniture today announced its service solution partnership with Stanley Steemer®. This relationship complements the service level innovations PermaPlate Furniture has developed for furniture retailers that will improve service levels for their trusted customers.

Over the past year, PermaPlate Furniture has researched the best way to care for different types of fabrics, explored adding a protective cover for difficult stain sources, and created innovations with technicians to create a “single service resolution” complaints process.

“Research found that customers with stain claims were provided with cleaning kits (once approved). Customers are required to clean their own stains with only cleaning kits approved by their warranty provider. If the customer calls back but fails to remove the stain, warranty providers will then determine if a technician can be scheduled. This is not the best customer experience. It lengthens resolution times and the process only benefits the warranty provider. Our relationship with Stanley Steemer® in our service network will allow for faster resolutions for customers under “shared warranty” Thomas Scott.
